Philadelphus 'Manteau D'Hermine'

Famous for its amazing fragrance, the award-winning Philadelphus 'Manteau d'Hermine' is a small, deciduous shrub that is very beautiful when in bloom. From late spring to early summer, fragrant double white flowers, 4 cm (1.5 inches) in diameter, bloom in small clusters on elegantly arching branches. The flowers stand out against the oval, dark green leaves. Introduced in the late 1800s by the French plant hybridizer Victor Lemoine, Manteau d'Hermine remains very popular today thanks to its sensational scent.
